Teams of at least six players, 2 women, 2 men, and two subs compete against other teams for up to 5 points each session. A women's men's and two mixed matches are played each time. Matches are played to 15 points win by one. Each match is for one point with one match being played for two points. The match that is played for two points is determined by a coin flip. The winning team can choose which match is for two points or choose to set the order of the matches played and receive the choice to serve or choose their side to start the match. Teams will switch sides of the court at 8 points. Each team is allowed 1, 60sec time out per game.
